You know... politics really doesn't have that much to do with "substance"... it's simply the art of getting what you want... and the so called "substance" is, more often than not, just one more tactic in the long race to the topâ€¦

You are correct, but that doesn't explain what is the big excitement with candidates like Obama.
I have a pretty good Idea what kind of president will Clinton, McCain and other will be. I have a good Idea what is their approach. I can decipher between the different comments and speeches they give when they flip flop, and why.
I know with Ron Paul what his merchandise is. But I have no clue what is Barack Obama sell, beside of an image.
