But now, I'm not sure. I'll publish something about this a little bit later.

Re: From here and from there - 9

ps, I mean that when you write to me to give me your email, I can 'invite' you to join the blog. I have no idea what happens after that though! Perhaps you're required to join blogger, I honestly can't tell. I hope it won't be too much of a hassle..
Ingrid

Re: From here and from there - 9

Interesting Rogel. Having been away for too long, I did not know that and I'm sure you must have made your position clear on a previous post. Ok, so you don't agree with everything that RP stands for (I don't either actually, he makes good points on some things, but if I was his political strategist, I would not have him be 'all out there' for the simple reason that the majority needs to be 'nudged' over, not dragged over so to speak. No one changes their mind a 180 degrees)
ANYhow..can I ask you this? Regardless on the issues you don't agree, would you vote for him though? From what I have read from people's comments online, there are quite a few people who don't agree with him on everything, he just stands for the principles and the liberty notion that you mention that makes them want to support him, not seeing 'principle' in other dem or rep candidates.
I would LOVE for you to participate though, regardless. You are a libertarian voice after all.
could you email me at bloggerroundtable@hotmail.com ? Your previous emails are somewhere on a page 100 or so and hotmail doesn't have the easy search feature to find emails. I must have not gotten around to add you to the contact list!
Thanks for participating Rogel. VERY happy belated Hanukkah! (yea yeah and a belated christmas to you too! LOL**)
all the best to your family,

Ingrid

Re: From here and from there - 9

Shame on you indeed :) I'll be happy to participate but not as Ron Paul supporter but as someone that is close to his position. I defer from Ron Paul on many issues - Right to choose, Foreign Policy (nuances), The rights of the states Vs. Individual rights and so on. My actions during this election season, including the trip to NH was to support the ideas of Liberty and not to promote a person.<div>If this is still in accordance with what you are looking for, I'll be happy to participate.</div><div></div>

Re: From here and from there - 9

Dear Rogel,

I've been awol from the online world for a bit and I haven't been to your site for longer than that! Shame on me, I was very interested to read about your NH experience, how awesome to be on the forefront with a campaign like this. Lucky you that you could take your family as well! I'm impressed!
As you read my request for finding a Ron Paul advocate for my try-out guest blogger debate /p.o.v. , I never even thought of you, shame on me..AGAIN!!
So my question is Rogel, would you be willing to participate in this election 2008 weekend debate? The idea is really to have a few different advocates answer a weekly question I would pose to them in the beginning of the week, and it is NOT intended to be very time consuming. Hence you could just compose the answer any time but just post it friday nights. (I could also post it for you if I had to but I prefer to be hands-off) There is no need to stick around the rest of the weekend perse, but I am experimenting with this format to see what would develop. It all depends on how the discussion goes, if anyone or how many people participate in the comment section, the guest bloggers themselves.. that sort of thing.
I would love to have you on board since I feel comfortable with 'who you are' and I've read your posts so I know you're not a loony! lol (not to say that you would be being a RP supporter!!)
Tonight, Betmo and Rob will post a little blurb on who they are and why they support whichever Democrat or the Democrat position. Rob is the Independent. Then they will comment on the NH primaries.
Then early next week, I will post a question to which no answer is required until Friday.
I know you have a family and are politically involved so if you have to decline, I understand. I hope yes, but 'no' will be accepted!
Ingrid
