    Next up:: The government asks from people who donate money to charity not to do so, since the money (a) may lead people to buy alcohol and (b) is not taxed

    The most amazing thing is that it was done, I'm sure, with the best intentions. However regulatory bodies usually become rapped with the regulatory world and loose the contact with reality and develop a very convaluted logic method :)
