I don't think it is going to happened - mostly because Condoleezza Rice is associate with a , currently, unpopular war.&lt;br&gt;I have to admit that both, Hillary Clinton and Condoleezza Rice, are very competent. But I wouldn't vote for either, and not because their gender. Hillary, although she is trying to hide it, is a socialist. She tried to introduce a nationalization of the health care system (by "tricking" the house) and she still promote the slogan that "It takes a village to raise a child".
